Ahmad Budi Setiawan is ICT Resercher from The Center of R&D of Informatics Application, R&D Agency, Ministry of ICT Indonesia, with a background in Information System. He is now vice chairman of Indonesian Researcher Union Chapter Ministry of ICT, Indonesia. He pursued his postgraduate study in Master of Information Technology from University of Indonesia.
