Dr Andrew Kerans received a PhD degree in radio physics from James Cook Univerity, Townsville Queensland Australia (JCU) in 2011. He is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at James Cook University, an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra. Andrew is also a member of the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) Radiation Health Committee. Andrew is Principal of Spectrum Management Associates and currently works in East Timor. In addition to his PhD he holds a Masters? Degree in Engineering Science from the Australian Defence Forces Academy and a Bachelors Degree from Charles Darwin University, Darwin, Northern Teritory, Australia; he is also a Senior Member of the IEEE.
