Darren Alexander

Autech

Darren Alexander is Chief Executive Officer of Autech.  He has been involved in the Tasmanian ICT industry for the past 15 years, regularly travelling the world to promote Autech and the Tasmanian ICT sector. Darren serves on a number of boards and is Deputy Chair of the ?Premiers Digital futures? Advisory Council, a member of the ?Brand Tasmania Council?, and Chair of the ?5 Days of Innovation ?festival; he is also a past President of TAS ICT, Tasmania?s peak industry body, and past Chairman of TCCI Small Business committee.  Darren is also a Technical Adviser for the FLAG [Flexible Leaning Advisory Group].  He was also appointed to the NBN TAS Board in 2010 and chosen as one of the 21 Broadband Champions appointed by Prime Minister Gillard and Senator Stephen Conroy in 2010.
