Debra Panizzon is an Associate Professor at Monash University with specialisations in biology and general science education. In prior positions she coordinated a number of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) projects (research and consultancies) involving collaborations with government departments and various types of industry in South Australia. With a substantive background in secondary science education she brings valuable classroom and research expertise to her role of project director for NVSES.
