Gwangjae Kim (Ph.D.) is Associate Professor in the Department of Advertising & Media at Hanyang Cyber University, South Korea. He earned Ph.D. at Sogang University, South Korea. Before Ph.D., He had worked as a reporter at Kwangju Daily Newspaper and as a researcher at Sophia University in Japan.
His research areas include media technology policy, broadcasting content business, and media literacy in terms of CSR. He is interested in sharing the experience of ICT and developing a qualitative improvement model in the ICT field. He has taken an active part in ICT sectors in Korea and is currently working as an advisor for the National Information Agency and Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning in Korea.
