Luke is Co-Chief investigator on the 3D Printing grant that funded this paper and recently completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne. Luke researches how technology and the political collide to shape our lives. Before a career in academic research, he consulted in both the public and private sectors in Canada and beyond.
