Dr Michael de Percy FRSA FCILT MRSN is a political scientist, commentator, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Telecommunications and the Digital Economy. A graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon, he serves on the Australian Research Council’s College of Experts and the Federal Parliamentary Press Gallery, writes a weekly column for The Spectator Australia, and appears fortnightly on Spectator Australia TV.   Michael holds a PhD in Political Science (Australian National University), a Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons) (University of Canberra), and a Bachelor of Arts (Deakin University). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT) and Chairman of its ACT and Southern NSW Chapter, and a Member of the Royal Society of NSW (MRSN).   Additionally, he serves on the board of the Telecommunications Association (TelSoc), is a full member of the National Press Club of Australia and the Australian Nuclear Association, and received the Royal Australian Artillery Prize from the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
