Noelle Jones, Principal Consultant at Network Strategies Limited, is a telecommunications expert with wide experience of regulatory and policy analysis and research. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Noelle has an extensive track record in applying analytical and problem solving skills to a wide range of different markets in the Asia-Pacific region and in Europe. Prior to becoming a consultant she held a number of senior positions with Telstra and its predecessor, Telecom Australia. These roles encompassed market analysis, business planning, forecasting, tariffing and billing systems. Noelle started her career as a Research Officer at the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
