Sven Packmohr

DVMT & Data Society, Malmö University, Sweden

Sven Packmohr holds a senior lecturer position at Malmö University (Sweden) within the Department of Computer Science and Media Technology. Besides Sweden, he possesses international academic work experience from Osnabrück University (Germany), Bahçeşehir University, Turkish-German University (both Türkiye), and the German University of Technology (Oman). He cooperates with Aakermount Consulting to enhance the digital transformation of Malmö’s new horse racing track, Nya Jägersro. For this initiative, he received Malmö University's 2022 Collaboration Award. His research focuses on digital transformation and its drivers and barriers in companies, non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions. Adjacent areas are the organizational and strategic impact of digital transformation. In a current bibliographic analysis (doi.org/10.4018/JOEUC.302637 -> Fig. 8), he is listed as one of the most influential authors in digital transformation research.
