Journal of Telecommunications and the Digital Economy

June Issue

The June 2017 issue is now out and we have a range of papers from public policy, history and academia. The growth in the number of papers being published quarterly is a very positive outcome that demonstrates the successful efforts of the editorial team to move the Journal forward.

Encourage your colleagues to write a paper for the next issue.

Global Telecommunications and Mobile Challenge

Over the past three issues the AJTDE has published papers from a number of countries about the history of the telecommunications industry and regulation. Help us attract papers from countries around the world, the more that we can publish the better the information resource will be on national telecommunications policy and regulation. We're here to help if there are any questions on how to prepare the paper and to submit it to the AJTDE.

AJTDE Paper Management System has moved

The AJTDE paper management system has moved to a new home. The AJTDE uses the Open Systems Journal (OJS) paper management software and it is now hosted with a dedicated OJS hosting provider. The OJS has a new look so don't forget to have a look. There are a few tasks that are still to be completed including adding usage statistics for each paper and viewer IP tracking as this information is needed for our institutional subscribers.

Scopus Indexing Success

The AJTDE is now being indexed by Scopus. This is a major outcome for the Journal and helps to secure its future as the leading Australian telecommunications and digital economy related Journal.
