Warwick Rothnie practises as a barrister in all aspects of intellectual property, having previously been a partner in the intellectual property and telecommunications group of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He is a contributing author to Lahore, Lindgren and Rothnie, Copyright & Designs and, the author of, amongst other things, Parallel Imports (Sweet & Maxwell, 1993). He is a UDRP panellist for WIPO and a member of the Law Council of Australia's Intellectual Property Committee. Warwick is a past member of the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Copyright Law Review Committee and was a consultant to the ALRC's Designs Law reference
