[3] A stimulating new book has been released today: 'Changing Jobs. The Fair Go in the Machine Age' by Jim Chalmers and Mike Quigley, [Redbook 13, Schwartz Publishing; paperback 208 pp., RRP $22.99]  (today being 25 September 2017).  

Mike Quigley is well known to all TelSoc members as the founding CEO (2009-13) of the National Broadband Network. He was awarded TelSoc's Charles Todd Medal in 2013 for outstanding contributions to telecommunications.

Dr Jim Chalmers is Labor's Shadow Finance Minister in the Federal Parliament.
