Ziggy Switkowski steps down with Kate McKenzie to take over as new Chair of NBN Co The offices of Paul Fletcher Minister for Communications Urban Infrastructure Cities and the Arts and Simon Birmingham Minister for Finance, announced that the Morrison Government has appointed current NBN Co Board member Ms Kate McKenzie to the role of Chair, and Ms Nerida Caesar as Non-Executive Director to the Board for a term of three years, effective 1 January 2022.

Opensignal study: Optus and Vodafone users had worse mobile experience before switching to another provider, Telstra users less likely to switch Analytics company Opensignal analysed the mobile experience of users who switched mobile operators (or those who decided to quit), and found that two out of three users had an unsatisfactory experience before they jumped to another provider.
