NBN Co sees ARPU, revenue rise; loses $1.7b for HY19 NBN Co has increased the average revenue it earns per user by a dollar to $45 and has more than 4.6 million premises connected as of the end of the half-year 2019, the company's chief executive Stephen Rue says.
