Andrew Crouch is a Senior Research and Projects Officer, specialising in remote area telecommunications.  His research interests include access to and usage of Information and Communications Technologies by residents of remote Australian Indigenous communities.  He has recently contributed to the development of telecommunications policies for the Broadband for the Bush Alliance.
