Arul Baskaran heads the Multiplatform Production department within ABC TV. Arul is responsible for ABC TV's vision, strategy and execution around four areas: Internet broadcasting; online content, development of new services, tools and applications, and social media and communities around ABC TV content.

Arul is responsible for ABC's industry leading iview on-demand internet television service as well as Australia's leading video podcasting service.

Prior to joining the ABC, Arul worked in New York and in Europe for digital agencies with a focus on broadband services and the intersection of television and the internet.
