Dr David Lindsay is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, where he teaches copyright, cyberlaw and trusts. David is an expert on law and technology, including intellectual property, privacy law and communications law. He is the author of International Domain Name Law: ICANN and the UDRP (Hart Publishing, 2007). David is the general editor of the Australian Intellectual Property Journal (AIPJ), a board member of the Australian Privacy Foundation (APF) and a member of the Media and Communications committee of the Law Council of Australia.
