Fynn-Hendrik Paul is a research assistant at the University of Osnabrück and is currently pursuing his PhD. His research focuses on the socio-technical nature of digital business transformation processes. He and his colleagues founded the Digital Transformation Centre of Excellence to put research into practice. The aim is to increase the university's scientific work's visibility and enable practitioners to benefit from the application-oriented research results. He is also actively involved in a co-founded company that develops digital technologies for smart city applications. Fynn-Hendrik Paul started his career as an industrial clerk, followed by a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, a master's degree in technology management, and work experience in strategic marketing.
