Pedro Seixas is an Incyte Principal Associate Consultant based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
He is a highly experienced management and telecommunications regulatory consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting on business strategy and regulation for companies in the telecommunications, banking, and information systems industries, including regulators and service providers, as well as financial investors in these industries. He combines regulatory experience with market analysis and due diligence work for telecom operators and private equity investors both in the fixed and mobile segments. In recent years he has focused in developing best practice regulatory expertise to developing economies in Africa and the Middle East. His former consulting activities have had a wider international scope, covering markets and competitors in the regions of South America and Europe. Recently he has conducted market analysis, identification of dominance and definition of remedies in the telecommunications sector in several countries. As a regulatory expert he has often participated as a speaker in ITU sponsored conferences around the world covering interconnection pricing and the regulatory challenges caused by the emergence of content and application providers in the edge of the networks. Before he has colaborated with Arthur D. Little?s Singapore and Lisbon offices. Prior to working with Arthur D Little he worked for Deloitte Consulting as a member of the Telecommunications and Media practice and Roland Berger & Partners.
