Roberto Morales is an economist by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Aut?noma de M?xico). He worked as an intern for the research center (Centro de Estudios) of the Mexican telecommunications regulator (Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones). His bachelor thesis addresses the constitutional reform in telecommunications in Mexico and quantifies its benefits for society. His research interest include finance, monetary policy and strategical planning.
