Sascha S??speck completed a Ph.D. in Engineering and Economics at the University of Melbourne in 2017.  He had previously worked in Australia for Ovum as an international consultant on telecommunications and for the ACCC.  He holds a first degree in Economics from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany.
