Se?n O'Halloran is the President and Managing Director of Alcatel-Lucent in Australia. Se?n has been with Alcatel Lucent since mid-2007 and was appointed as President and Managing-Director for Australia in late 2011. He is responsible for Alcatel-Lucent's strategy and company operations across the Australian market.

Prior to taking on his current role, Se?n was Executive Director and Vice-President of the NBN Division. He also held the role of Vice-President, Enterprise for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

With over 20 years' experience working in the technology and telecommunications industry, Se?n has significant expertise in providing clear strategic direction, establishing high-performance teams and growing profitable revenues.

Before joining Alcatel-Lucent, Se?n held senior executive positions across ANZ and the broader Asia-Pacific region with NEC Australia, MCI Asia Pacific (now Verizon Business) and Optus Communications.
