Sheena O'Hare is the Program Director of Education at Swinburne Online. She commenced her appointment in January, 2012. Prior to taking up this role, Sheena worked in the School of Education at Curtin University in Western Australia where she coordinated the Online Pre-service Teacher Education courses. Born in Scotland, Sheena has extensive experience in the field of education having specialised in the teaching of Deaf children and those with Specific Language Impairment (SLI). Her research interests are in the role of the online teacher and the impact that they have on student learning.
