Dr Tsharni Zazryn is a Research Fellow at the RCH Education Institute. She is currently working on a number of projects including: the development of an evidence-based hospital-wide best practice guide for children's learning at The Royal Children's Hospital; a project to increase connections and presence for children and young people with health conditions and their schools and families; and a project to link arts, health and education within the hospital setting. Tsharni completed her PhD in injury epidemiology at Monash University in 2008 and is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative methods of research inquiry. Tsharni's research interests include teaching and learning in out of school settings, health promotion and social inclusion.
