Yudi is a PhD student at Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University. His main interest is on development study especially on ICT-based economy. He is also interested in making infrastructure development and regional development policies, as well as financing in the public sector. In addition to research, he works at the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs as a policy analyst, and is involved in several national policy-makings including the Indonesia Broadband Plan, Indonesia E-Commerce Roadmap, local content policy for telecommunications equipment, and universal service obligation. He also became an Indonesian delegate to discuss SDGs targets in the ICT sector in WSIS 2016.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, a master’s degree in public policy and a master’s degree in public administration. He was certified as an internal auditor by Finance and Development Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. He also obtained certificates in Public Private Partnerships from several international organizations such as Infrastructure UK, JICA, and Queensland University Australia. Then, he was involved in the National ICT Council (Wantiknas) and the Telematics Society (Mastel). In addition, Yudi is a graduate of INDEF School of Political Economy Tokyo.
