Nokia has recommenced participation in the O-RAN Alliance As reported yesterday in CommsWire, the O-RAN Alliance had made changes to its O-RAN participation documents and procedures, in an effort to address concerns of participants subject to US export regulations. When they said participants, they could have just said Nokia.
