Viktor Grechyn is PhD candidate at RMIT University?s Center for Urban Research and makes research on evaluating of free public Wi-Fi infrastructure. His research interest also covers economics of Internet, shared use of community infrastructure, pricing, economic history, innovative economics, game theory, economic psychology.
Viktor has his Master degree in economic theory. Previously he served as economic researcher in Ukraine, investigating international trade, free trade agreements, non-tariff barriers to trade, exchange rate policy and innovative strategies for economic development.
