Scott Rickard was a Senior Researcher at the Smart Services CRC at Swinburne University of Technology investigating end user adoption and usage of wireless technologies. She now holds a position as an Assistant Professor in Communication at the University of Canberra and her current research includes end user investigations into video-calling practice.
