Telstra breached SSU obligations, says ACCC The competition watchdog has found that Telstra breached its obligations under the Structural Separation Undertaking (SSU) during the 2015 financial year. Telstra selling out of China?s Autohome for $2.1 billion Telstra is selling most of its stake in Chinese car sales website Autohome to one of China?s largest insurers, Ping An Insurance Group, for A$2.1 billion (US$1.6bn).
