This issue contains three papers on public policy, including an important account by Derek Wilding from UTS Law of the considerations that went into the recent development of the News Bargaining code and the Disinformation code in Australia – and the very different outcomes that resulted.  There is also one paper on the digital economy, looking at the evidence for a link with economic prosperity.  In the telecommunications section, there are two articles, including results from a consumer survey of mobile users.
