Aussie Broadband probed for inaccurate usage notifications The Australian Communications and Media Authority has investigated telecommunications provider Aussie Broadband after an IT system fault caused it to mistakenly send thousands of excess data usage warnings on a single day last year, impacting 3,248 customers who received 5,287 inaccurate usage notifications.
